Our order process is conducted by our online payment processor, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. The payment processor handles all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns.
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise indicated by the checkout. Payment is collected at the time of purchase by the payment processor. We do not receive or store your full payment details.
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on any macOS computers that you personally own or control, for personal or internal business use.

The Software and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of SierraNova Labs. This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the Software.
Each purchase includes one (1) year of software updates and email support from the date of purchase. After the support period ends, the Software will continue to function, but you will no longer receive updates or support unless you purchase a maintenance renewal ($29/year).
Our Software stores all user-entered data locally on your machine. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any data you enter into the Software. The Software connects to the internet only for license registration; no user data is transmitted during this process. You are solely responsible for backing up your data. The Software is a personal data organization and visualization tool designed for educational and informational purposes only. The Software does not interpret, analyze, or assess user data, and does not provide any reference ranges of its own. The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SierraNova Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.
This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license immediately if you breach any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
