We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If our Software doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund policy. All purchases are processed by our payment processor, who is the Merchant of Record and handles all refund processing.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. No questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Contact the payment processor directly through your purchase receipt email.

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days and process them within 5-10 business days.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are processed by our payment processor and issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Card payment refunds can be processed within 120 days of the original transaction; PayPal refunds within 179 days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

4. After the 30-Day Window

Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a refund, partial credit, or other resolution at our discretion. Please note that refund requests made after 60 days from the transaction date cannot be processed.

5. Downloadable Content Acknowledgment

By downloading our Software, you acknowledge that you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After downloading, your refund rights under this policy remain in effect for the full 30-day period.

6. License Revocation

Upon receiving a refund, your software license will be revoked and you should uninstall and cease using the Software.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or fraud, such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same product.
